I am looking for a manual for my 1981 Barth Allison Diesel 8.2 liter engine.
Does anyone have a resource for me? My man and I just bought this classic! It has only had 2 owners and it is so retro! We want to take it out but we need to find that manual.

Welcome to the forum, fellow Wolverine (or Spartan, as the case may be). Where in the mitten R U ?

I think you are referring to a Detroit Diesel 8.2L
"Fuel Pincher" diesel engine. It is probably mated to an Allison 4 speed transmission.
There are some manuals for the engine on ebay.
They are also available new.
