The right arm on the driver's chair is loose. Is there any way to get to the bolt that holds the arm on and tighten it?

Hi,

The back of the arm is leather. No set screw.

Carefully pry off the Flexsteel badge on the arm and then you can access the bolt that holds the arm to the steel parts. This is a weak design as it uses a clinch nut in a wood part to tighten the arm. After screwing around with it because it won't stay tight I gave up and bought a Bostrom truck captains chair- way better and about the same price as the new Flextsteel - If Flexsteel has changed their design it may have been solved but as long as they try to use wood and steel as they have it will continue to get loose.

Problem solved! I looked on the inside of the arm and noticed 2 7/16 bolts. Using a speed wrench, I tightened the one closest to the back of the arm and now the arm is tight again!
