This is such a dumb question that I'm ashamed to ask it. We can't find the fuse block for the chassis in the 89 Regal. There's nothing under the dash. A small fuse block in the engine compartment with 5 fuses in it.(2 for radio, 1 for aisle lights, 1 for aux start and 1 for compartment lights) A couple of 20 amp fuses in another small fuse block. That's it. As an example, we're trying to find the fuse for the dash heater blower motor. None. Wipers? none. etc. I've got a complete 1998 GM book with electrical drawings for all models including the RV model and they all show fuse blocks. Any help? We've looked under the dog house. All the cabinets.

Dumb and dumber. It's right underneath a removable panel on top of the dash on drivers side. Duh!
