Roof mounted AC unit in rear does not turn on
I am currently a new RV owner and have a Columbus 325Q. It has 2 roof mounted AC units front and rear. The front works great and the rear will not turn on at all. I have done some research but have hit a wall in trying to figure out if it is fuse related thermostat control etc. I did not get a owners manual or any paperwork for that matter. I am on a learning curve and need help. Is it possible to find a owners manual. It appears that Airstream is the maker but I am not sure about that.
Any post would be very helpful!!!

If you have a generator it is possible that the other one was set to be used when gen is on & transfer switch is switched from shore power to gen. It would be easy to test. Set transfer switch to gen, start genn let it run for q 10min then try the other ac. if that one doesn't work try the one that did work. If it works then I don't know where to go from here.

If you have 30A service, there is a throwover switch that allows only 1 A/C at a time to run.

Check the 12VDC at the thermostat and the 120VAC supply at the A/C. If you don't know how to do that, then diagnosis is best left to a tech.
