I've just purchased an '85 Regal in Arizona which is going to need painted. Having no experience in painting aluminum, would appreciate any info that will be helpful to me as I talk to the people whe say they know how to paint motorhomes. Living in North Carolina, it sure would be nice to find a good quality painter nearby.

The best direction to look is at companies which paint buses. You know, school and transit buses. I know that right in China Grove you have

China Grove Glass
Motor Coach/Fleet & Collision Center
Leader in the motor coach repair industry

http://www.chinagroveglass.net/

I think they are just 35 miles from you
