I left the beast in storage for 13 months, and it started with the first turn.... Go figure, the solar panels actually do work it seems.

The coach batteries were toast, but that was known when I limped into storage last year. Got 4 new Walmart deep cycle batteries, put them in, the inverter which was complaining works fine, the microwave does not complain anymore. She is happy with me again....

The storage in Florida was fine, a very little bit of mould, velly little.....

Had a closet door fall apart, glue let go, fixed that, a pantry slide rusted shut, in a cabinet, no leaks, no water, but rusted bad???

One of the two burners on the gas stove simply broke... have a new gas-top on order.

Motor scooter did not start, took to Dr. Scooter and the diaphragm in the carb was broken, fixed that and away it went.

So it is another good start to the trip. These Barths seem to hold up rather well.

More later.... Good I hope....

Tom
