Pirate19Search Light
As we know the two filaments are for "Spot" function and "Flood" function. You could connect both of the switch power feeds to the one bulb input contact. Therefore, your switch in either position would light the bulb.

Philips H4651C1 Sealed Beam
Total: $23.60
That model number is a rectangle headlight .
A 4 1/2 round inch headlight with high and low would work , but might not be a great spot light .

Harold,Cat&SamMaybe this one will work .

Pirate19Looks like a great find Harold.
Please, anyone who tries this, or any other bulb for that matter that is a good replacement, I ask of you to post your success.
Parts apparently are getting tougher to source and will get tougher. Eventually everyone's bulb will fail and having a replacement will be great.
(It's not worth opening a functioning light to source a replacement)
Long Live Barth.

KevinNotes from the website:
Wattage: 100W, 100 Watt Watts
Voltage: 13/13V, 13 Volt Volts, for 12V Applications
Glass: PAR36, PAR 36, 4.5" Diameter
Base: 3 Screw Terminals
Average Rated Life: 25 hours
Maximum Overall Diameter: MOD 4.5"/114.3mm
Maximum Overall Length: MOL 2.75"/70mm
Beam Spread Horizontal: 12° at 10%, 17° at 10%
Beam Spread Vertical: 7° at 10%, 18°at 10%
Is 25 hour rated life good?
Would the 25 hour rated life be for both brands?

Harold,Cat&SamAfter reading a few sites offering 100 watt 12 volt spot light bulbs , it would seem 25 hours is the normal lifespan .
I ran across an led replacement that looks interesting .
