I've noticed that most of the RV parks we visit seem to have marginal power. Does it make sense to get a voltage booster? Who makes the best one? Is a thirty amp adequate for my Breakaway which has a 50 amp service or should I get the 50? Thanks, Rick R.P.Muise 1994 Breakaway/Cummins 5.9/Allison transmission/Spartan Chassis

They make a lot of sense. We were perms in a park for 20 years and saw a number of air conditioner failures due to low voltage. I rigged up a Variac that did the job, but required monitoring. If you run just one air conditioner and shut if off when you use other heavy amp draw appliances, a thirty amp one should be OK. . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered
