A week ago, I had six tires installed for a great price. They are Continental HSR2. My size Mich was going to be $525 with the FMCA/Michelin Advantage program. At first, the dealer quoted me about $475 ea for the Conti. But, I knew what another ForeForum member had paid recently for the same size, at the same shop. So, I challenged the price I'd been quoted. The dealer looked up the other man's work order and said that was through a different program from FMCA. I said "Fine, what do I have to join to get the $378 price he got?" The dealer agreed to simply give me the same price. They are load range H and do ride rather hard. But the ride difference, from the Mich Pilot, is not a problem.
