Thanks to Mogan's tip I checked out Rome Truck Parts and it turns out to be 20 miles from the Barth. This is a terrific source...they specialize in all things truck level windshield washing. They don't do a lot of retail but I drove there and the whole place stepped up to help. They really know their stuff. Attaching photo of replacement unit with frame...exactly what I needed. AND they solved my wiper problem while I was there. I left smiling.
