I have hydraulic levelers. The level sensor is located on the level pump mechanism. Not very accurate - that would be another topic.

I also had a level sensor behind the rear seat. It never seemed to affect anything even when put in unusual positions. I removed it when I replaced carpet with laminate.

Nagging me ever since. Was that

A) somehow tied into leveling, perhaps an air mechanism I am unaware of

B) residual from a previous system that had been replaced with the current one

C) just a mistake, added at the factory before they realized the levelers had a sensor built-in

Anyone know af a reason I should have had two? Right now it is attampting to measure the level of some storage box heaven knows where.
