My PAC brake has a foot pedal which is nice. The exhaust brake I had on another pusher had a toggle switch on the dash. It was very effective in slow the RV and downshifting the tranny. It would go all the way to idle. If I forgot to turn it off, I could immediately tell in how it drove and shifted.

I am not sure if this brake operates the same. By keeping my foot on the pedal to idle, I choked the engine and the tranny had to be rebooted by turning off the ignition and waiting 30 seconds. The engine had to clear its throat when I go it going.

For those who have the PAC brake, can you tell me how to properly use it. Thanks.
