My replacement #39 single electric step came in today, but there was no control box. Being ex-Navy ("You get what you INspect, not what you EXpect!"), I opened the box at the dealer's.

No control box for the automated step...

So I returned it to the counter, and the parts manager re-checked the catalogue.

There are two versions of many Kwikee steps - one with a simple rocker switch, and the other automated, with the control box.

The difference in price is $7! What happened is that the first distributor was backordered, so the manager went to a different supplier, but overlooked the differences and ordered the wrong one. The right one should be here by Friday.
