Happy Holidays All. '92 Breakaway with a propane Dometic 7.0 that wont start. Have spark out of the coil so I believe gas related. Have full propane pressure and the fuel selenoid appears to be opening. There are three low pressure hoses coming out of the regulator - one larger diameter hose going to what looks like a "throttle body", and two smaller hoses dropping down through the intake manifold. With the fuel selenoid open, I am getting no gas smell from the larger diameter hose that I disconnected from the throttle body. Does this sound like a regulator problem? BTW, it was getting difficult to start a few months ago - having to crank 15 - 20 seconds before ignition. Ran fine after that. Finally, does the low oil safety interrupt the cranking, fuel supply, or the spark? Thanks for your thoughts.

it sounds like you need to rebuild your regulator. Former Breakaway owners

You may be right. I searched this forum extensively for thoughts and someone suggested to "bleed" the regulator. Sounded simple so I gave it a try. Removed the bottom drain plug and supplied 12v to the fuel solenoid. Before realizing how cold LPG is on fingertips I saw a fair bit of brown/black, oily goop come out of the hole. Don't know what it was but it sure looked like something that would cause a regulator to fail. My few sites did not appear to have a regulator for replacement. Any thoughts. And I understand a new regulator, or rebuilt unit needs adjusted to proper pressure, right?
