Folks: My diesel generator fuel pump is a small 12v made by Denso. It appears to be original. The question is "Is there something special about using an exact replacement or can I just use one that fits? I see new ones come as rotary vane, piston/magnet; or a vibrating diaghram. I would like the best technology rather than just matching one that is 17 years old.
Opinions? Advice?
Thanks
