OK, guys, you did sich a good job on my other hinge, I now need some of these. Mine are worn and creaky. But I haven't been able to locate a source.

The hinge: http://garryp.org/public/hinge.jpg

I haven't gone out to look for sure but they look a lot like my overheads. As near as I can figure, they work by closing the door and giving it a push up to secure it. No click or anything, they just stay put. I'll go have alook and if I see anything different I'll let you know.

Well maybe I can't help you out with the hinges but I did figure out one thing while looking. I forgot to turn off the Zygorthian Deathstar Antenna booster and that's why my batteries keep going dead. Duh!!

Griz, this is a different hinge. The other one was identified.

These are on my non-airspring overheads (or should I say eye-levels) cabinets. They close and force close, or open approximately 80 degrees and stay open. Unstable in between open and close.

Sloop, thanks for the lead. 42310 looks like it, but so does 46126.

Are you speaking from Barth hinge replacement experience, or picture appearance?
