Just realized I never posted the fix. Ordered the new relay from the local RV place, wrong one came in. Called PPL in Texas, they couldn't find a part # so they called Coleman. Coleman tech told them they no longer use the relay because it was never necessary in the first place but UL made them use it. They finally convinced UL it was unneeded so now the fix is doing away with the relay. This is accomplished by removing the white wire that runs from the relay to a capacitor. Got my money back for the relay and taught the local guy something at the same time. Works fine now.
