Decided to remove radiator to get it checked out. I fought it most of the day and it is still in the Barth. Any tips on getting it out. Does the frame it sits in need to come out also. There are 2 bolts on the frame that are really tough to get to.

I removed my radiator from my 72 barth and I jacked the coach up and put it on blocks to remove the radiator through the bottom. You have to be high enough to clear the frame.

One other thing I'm sure that you have figured out is you have to remove the shroud from the back of the radiator before you drop it down. On mine there were four or six cap screws that were special with pointed ends for easier installing when you put it back together.
