since my water pump is from 8/1987 and is to be replaced , does anyone know which shurflo is a direct replacement for a Model 200-300 12v. 11.4 GPM? All who wander are not lost JKB

If you also install a pressure accumulator in the system you can eliminate the constant turning on and off these small pumps create. They are cheap.

Tom, the boat has copper piping and the hammer wasn't good for middle of the night bathroom visits. Like you I found adding a 1 gallon surge tank helped the noise and often I turn the pump off at bedtime. In our camper with plastic pipes the small accumulator suffices, the pump is at the opposite end of the bedroom
