Electrical terminal bar or grounding bus bar, commonly used in all electrical panels. You can purchase at Menards, Lowes, just about any hardware store.

Poor ground connections are notorious for causing bizarre, intermittent problems in many of the Barth circuits. Good idea to replace! Thumbs Up

There are several ground points on the frame of my coach which I have found to be corroded also. mechanic

Use some caig deoxit 5 ( available at mcm electronics )to clean the wire ends... Seems kinda expensive but very little is needed per wire... The best stuff I've ever used...it may even clean up those bus bars.... Thanks for the photo...and the post...
