I just finished correcting my water tank leak after welding a split in the outlet. But the floor is still wet-it is from the roof or window and oozes out of the wall after a rain. The area is under the tank behind the driver's seat. This would be unknown unless you took out the sofa-bed. I just bought 2 gallons of elastomeric to roll on the roof once it gets above 65 degrees. The wall seems to be a water storage area. Anyone experience this?? Ted

Check the drains in all the windows. They might clogged with debris. The water has no place to go and weeps into the vehicle. I found a long cable tie (to slide into the slot and loosen debris) and a compressor worked really well for cleaning out the drains in those windows.

Good tip. I didn't know the windows had drains. 1988 Regency 38' Gillig 3208 T Cat

I found that a long piece of weedeater string works really well for cleaning out the window tracks. Can run through the entire length of the window. Be careful with a compressor too much psi can break the plastic drain hole covers. Learned this the hard way.

I had a bedroom window leak that I didn't catch till the paneling was destroyed. Removing the window isn't too hard, if yours is like mine. The proper bit in a cordless drill makes quick work of all the screws inside that hold it together, use a razor knife to make sure the seal is cut outside all the way around to avoid lifting any paint, and remove the window from the outside. Clean all surfaces and apply enough 3M sealant to slightly ooze out around the edges. Reinstall the window and tighten the screws in an opposite position method like wheel lugs. I used a rubber glove to smooth out the sealant. Not show quality appearance but it doesn't leak and I can check for weather checking or gaps easily. I did mine last spring and we had some serious gully washers since and no leaks so far. Now to the windshield 79 Barth Classic
