Yes: "Widebody" Spartan K2 MM chassis with the 8.3 turbo/Intercooled Cummins mount the combustion air intake and hydraulic-hose-driven-fan radiator on the driverside and have a "rollout": the engine is on casters with the frame rails as a track so the engine can be "rolled out" the back (a big event, even so). The louvered aluminum double doors in the back open wide enough so one can get waaay inside if so desired. Actually, the air bags hold the body up so high I can crawl underneath and sit upright alongside the engine on the roadside; somewhat more difficult on the passenger side - the small fuel filter requires contortions to change, and is best done underneath. However: the hinged, sprung bed, when up, sure makes a nice place to work on anything on top - and with the bed up, it is very well lit even working from below.
