Picture is the window currently out.

There are a couple of places that will disassemble the windows. Respace and reseal them. There are very few places . Nothing in the Midwest that I could find.

You can do them yourself. Be prepared it is aggravating and tedious. The aggravation is if it is etched it is only cleanable to a point. Limited resources $$$$$$ made it acceptable to me get to get them as clean as possible and respace and reseal.

Hope what I found will help you.
Do not try to scrape the tinted inner pane. Cleaning but the tint will scratch. I have scratched some. Usually when I got tired and frustrated. Buy the 100 pack of razor blades. Switch often. If they get a Nick of bit of grim stuck they will scratch the glass. The untainted inner clear pane will take a lot but still be careful. They can scratch.

The main thing is do it before them before they get bad. Having panes made is a pain. No one wants to do it. I have been trying to get one untinted tempered 1/8” pane. It has been a month. They made me one. I paid for them to make tempered. When I went to assemble into the frame it shattered. Not tempered glass shatter into a million pieces. Long needles and pinpoint shards. They “forgot” to temper. WTF, forgot! It was right on the sticker saying Tempered!
The next one they tempered and broke it before it left the facility. $180 when I get it.

You may wonder how I broke one. Unknown. I had it flat on a cardboard on a flat table. Rubbing it with a microfleece towel, talking to my wife and my sister was on the speaker phone. It exploaded into thousands of pieces. Wife was watching. Sister asked what that was. ???????? I don’t understand?

I have 4 left to do.
Here are the things you need to do it right.
Do not try and cheap out and use regular silicone.

CRL 1/4” spacer black (check some are 3/16”) once opened use immediately. I cut to length and vacuum packed because I was taking days to finish one. It has desiccant that will absorb moisture until no longer effective.

CRL super spacer sealant 877 black (seals around the spacer. Must be sealed perfectly. You don’t want to do again do you?

Butyl rubber tape 1/8 (refrigerate before you use or it really sticks to everything. I put on the frame before inserting into the wall. Go inside and make sure you are centered before firmly seating.

Geocel 28103 Proflxex black RV sealant for around the window after install

Do not mix up and use the Geocel between panes! (Don’t ask how I know? What a mess.

If silicone was used around the window you must remove all residue. Good sealant does not want to stick to it. I used silicone many years ago for lots of stuff. After 15-20 years it fails and the residue is nearly impossible to remover. Plastic razor blades, crud cutter silicone remover.

There are some good Utube videos search foggy window repair I think. There is a guy selling kits if you want to try one.

That window opening. Over cut by Barth employee who must have had a bad night. Notice why the outside seal is so important. Barely covered the hole with frame.
