The throttle cable will have to come from your Chevy or GMC truck dealer. Take the old one out to match it up. They might want the vehicle ID number.

The systems panel is a crap shoot. If you know who made it, try your RV store.

The panel could be re-created, depends on what is wrong with it.

Is it physically broken, or do the lights just not light?

Since the panel is just a collection of switches, and status lights connected to floats in the respective tanks, it can be fabricated by a RKI (Reasonably Knowledgeable Individual).

It may not be cheap, but it can be done.

ANYTHING can be fixed, it seems.

As Bill says, the throttle cable is a GM part from GM Dealers.
