Hello again you wonderful people! We are getting ready to go racing again this weekend and I thought a quick easy item to change out on the old Barth would be the steering stabilizer shock. Well... we have been back and forth to the parts store a few times now and still not the right part. I should have asked you folks a long time ago. Do you know what part numbers or any leads to help us track down a new steering stabilizer?

Our Barth is 1977 21' Chevy 350 Class A

Thanks !

I put 1977 p30 steering stabilizer in google search & Moog SSD70 stabilizer came up along with many others .
It looks the same as your's but check for length .

I'm assuming you have a p30 ( P-something ) chassis .

Check Rockauto.com and look up 1977 Chevrolet P30 . Under "Steering" click on "Steering Damper". They have one by Gabriel for motorhome chassis for around $28. Looks like your pic.

Nemos, Could you please send us a picture of your data tag for the archives here? Who knows your Barth might already be listed.
