Ok, again this is an sob, and a small dometic (coach is '22), but this roof unit is loud and shaky. My sense is that something is misaligned, but i am on a trip and would need at least a ladder and tools. My question is, are rattling or rubbing problems w/ these usually one or two typical problems, or could it be a hundred things? I lowered the inside shroud and tried to feel around the fan and motor, but can't see what I'm doing and let's just say my mechanical skills need a lot of prayer. I have fixed several things on it tho, so I'm going to try when I get back home. But it is july, and any counsel would be appreciated. tia, stringmann in CO this wk.

I imagine there is a squirrel cage style blower unit and it is out of balance somehow. It seems unlikely to me that something would force it out of balance without obvious sign, but it is possible some debris is caught in the interior of it (like a bee's nest or something of the like). Try to rotate it by hand, it may be just a bad bearing. Hey, this is the perfect opportunity for you to upgrade the 22 ft unit you have to the 23 ft barth listed under Barth sightings as the 95 mobile office! (I still think you could get her for half that price but I think it is a great piece!)
