Heh there, Had/having the same issue on my Breakaway. I fabricated some shims out of aluminum flat stock cut to fit under the hinge where it mounts to the door frame. I had to experiment with different thicknesses. Mounted the shims at the bottom two hinges which "kicked-out" the door enough to keep it from dragging on the bottom of the door frame. Also did a little fine-tuning with a file on the bottom edge of the door. Might want to go with some longer screws to give you a better bite into the inner wood framing of the door. I had to completely rebuild my door after the bottom fell off and I discovered upon disassembly that the wooden framing attached to the metal frame was 80% rotted away. One of these days the door is coming off again and I'm going to install one continuous hinge on the door. If there is any interest I can post some pictures of what the inner framing(metal frame and the attached wood) of the entry door looks like with the outer aluminum skin removed.

I used lock washer and cut a piece out of it to snap it over the hinge pin. Installed about 6 of them. Has worked for 9 years so far. If I found a new hinge I would replace the current one. '92 Barth Breakaway - 30' 5.9 Cummins (6B) 300+ HP 2000 Allison Front entrance
