I am installing a King Cruise Control system to replace the inoperative Bendix and it directs me to connect to the speed sensor. The Regency has a Hall Effect speedometer so I do not know what to look for. Can anyone describe the speed sensor that I need to find and some idea of where it might be located? usually magnets on the driveshaft is what most aftermarket cruise controls use. Since you have a 600 series allison I don't believe you have a speed sensor out. If you have the 3000 there should be a speed output. My Allison 2000 has one but it has to many pulses. Need a divide by 10 circuit. Got the prints and built one, but ended up using the driveshaft mounted sensor system. '92 Barth Breakaway - 30' 5.9 Cummins (6B) 300+ HP 2000 Allison Front entrance | |||
