intermittent rear scrapping noise not brakes

scrapping noise doesn't SEEM to be rear brakes. Has nothing to do with applying brakes. Intermittent. Happens on staight away, doesn,t go way if I tap the brakes. Front brakes done last year and told I had plenty of lining on rear brakes. Heard on rear camera usually.

Your profile indicates a Regency Gillig chassis. I believe they have full air brakes and suspension.

It does sound like brakes may be dragging. I am always suspicious of parking brakes. In the air brake case, the parking brakes are applied by springs when no air is available to release them. If air pressure gets low, the brakes may drag. Be sure the parking brakes are getting full pressure to release and check there is no binding of the linkages.

Also, be sure the air suspension ride height is correct. If not there may be some interference between suspension and coach at times.
