We have a 1990 38' Regency Widebody. As we have been doing some work inside the coach, we notice that the carpet behind the co-pilot's chair is damp to the touch. A roll of paper towels left there overnight, and wet in the morning was the clue. That area is at the same level as the pilot / co-pilot chairs, before it drops down the the coach level. My best guess is that directly underneath the area is the fuel tank - for the inlet is on the outside just at the position on the coach. Anyone ever have a similar probem? Any best guesses as to source of moisture? Many thanks to all ~ Thom

My 91 Regency leaked when I got it. My only leak was on the passengers side shotgun seat area. Take the trim off from around the two closest passengers side windows and spray with water. Chances are good that you will find one of these leaking down inside of the frame and hitting the floor inside of the wall. After it hits base it seeps under the rug. You will need a special screwdriver tip with the square drive. Trying to use a phillips head will only frustrate you. Do not use silicone to reseal if that's what you find as this will only hold for a couple of weeks/months. I used a roll of window seal adheasive. I used Transtar Butyle Tape 4536 to seal up my window frames. I bought locally but doing a google search found this for you http://www.autopaintersupply.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc...tegory_Code=transtar ------------------ http://www.truckroadservice.com/

It could also be a symptom of a heater core leak or of a plugged A/C condensate drain.
