FYI...Last March I needed a replacement lock for one of the storage compartments.Contacted Southco(lock mfr.)and was directed to a distributer because Southco does not sell direct. When I called the distributer, Clancey Hardware & Hinge,KS I-800-747-7405 I was told they had only two remaing, so I purchased both. Last week when I called to order two more locks and two keys I learned the true story. What I purchased last March was what I needed but was the last in stock before a model change. Today I received the new locks and keys. The new part #'s are Lock.E3-35-35 Key.E3-5-15
These are identical in fit as the orignals,the changes are the front of the lock is "Powder Coated" in black and the two mounting screws are now a metric thread.The new numbered key fits both the old and new locks. The new keys open the old locks much easier. I'm assuming(don't go there)that most of our coaches use the same locks and keys so I hope this info can help you.
