The locks I received didn't have the bend. See page 2 on the thread I gave above. I posted pics. The locks were about $18 and the keys were about $3. Not sure if in the 90's Barth moved to metric, but if they didn't, you'll need some screws (#4 X 1") because the ones that come with the new locks are metric. Don't over-tighten the screws.
