I have a battery disconnect no.BD2. I have been able to turn the chassis on and off as I should, but the coach was stuck in the on position. I removed the bottom portion of the relay, cleaned the contacts up, and put some dielectric grease on it to protect it from further corrosion. When I reinstalled the unit, the problem was reversed,..power stayed off, and would not stay on. I decided to abandon the clean up project and buy a new relay. Intellitec is still in
business and they sent me to a company called Mastertech to reorder the part. The number to Mastertech is 1-800-848-0558, and the relay part no. (which was wore off due to exposure is #01-00055-000. The local rv store said the relay was $180 but they charged me $52 shipped when I went direct. Some pics to further describe locations for anyone with the same problem. I will let you know if the problem is truly solved when I get the part in.

That was it. The relay was the problem and it works properly now. By the way, the local r.v store happened to have the relay for 4 bucks cheaper...guess it helps to check first.
