So I am trying to fix/verify the operation of my barth handle light. The light bulb was definitely bad. But I want to verify that I have a good power source and ground at the light fixture itself before I go and put everything back together. The wire colors are solid green and orange but I can't seem to track them down in any of the wire ways. Is there a "normal" location for the switch?

Thanks

Rodney

Our light bar switch on both the 76 and 86 is located on the wall right beside door. On the 76 I have 2. 1 for light bar, 1 for interior ceiling lights. On 86 Regal there are 4 + 1 for the electric step, the other 4 are driver side exterior, curb side exterior, handle light bar, interior ceiling.

Thanks for the quick reply. I found the orange wire lurking in behind the panel next to the door. It seems like I am going to be dealing with a lot of crappy wiring from past owners. I have random wires(live ones at that) behind all panels. Looks like I will be doing a more in depth electrical health check of the coach over the next couple of days.
