towerguyI highly recommend everyone view this video, you'll be very surprised at what you see! As usual, the bean counters are probably telling the manufacturer it is cheaper to leave the tires on the market and chance a lawsuit than to replace the tires at a certain age on the shelf.
At some point, tires should begin to go down in price until they reach a point where they are banned for vehicle use. IIRC, actor Dennis Weaver used old tires to build his home in Colorado. Just think how much more his home would have been worth if he'd had some of these new tires that had been banned for vehicle use.
