I need to replace my pack brake exhaust flange. The 5.9 has a 3 inch exhaust pipe but it has a four inch flange where it connects to the pack brake. Anyone know where I can source one? Thanks.

Got them. Almost any exhaust pipe installer for diesel trucks including Dodge diesel pickups have machines to flare a pipe end to match what you need. This piece may be available as a stand alone universal part.

The flare can be made ans then welded on to the remaining piece of your exhaust pipe.
