It should be (1) a GFCI receptacle (2) in a circuit with a GFCI receptacle or (3) protected by a GFCI breaker.

It is common practice in RVs to have a GFCI outlet in the bathroom, and the outside outlets running off of it.

As others have stated in the past, be sure to completely move the breaker to the off position before resetting it. I replaced the GFI breakers as they kept tripping and I guess it was an age thing as the problem went away.
