Has any one removed/accessed the basement a/c unit?
(for those that have them)

I have either a bad bower motor or a defective relay. This is a two-compressor unit, staged a degree or two apart by the thermostat. First one comes on, and if it does not handle the load and the temp continues to rise, the second kicks in. Compressor runs, just no blower. Only one stage is available if on 30 amps.

I do not know how to get into it! Any experienced help?
