Anyone have any pointers on installing a ladder on a 1973 C class? The instructions say to determine framing and if unable, call RV manufacturer

Call Barth at 1 800 Dangit ROTFLMAO

Guess your stuck with us. If there is a rivet line there is structure behind it. Either Aluminum or steel. There may be steel behind the bottom row of horizontal rivets. My 72 is 469 miles away. Yours is in much better shape. Mine is a bustle so the ladder also has the bump. I just looked at the pictures of mine. Because of the bustle it has a steel tube frame or what’s left of the frame.

Hale has a Class C, so no bustle.

Maybe this might help - photos of other Class Cs and where their ladders are. https://mybarth.weebly.com/class-c-gallery.html

The Denmark74 has 2 ladders. Someone who appreciated symmetry? Ladder races?

Thanks Ian a picture paints a thousand words. The original were aluminum. Looking at the pics just like I said all right on the framing (rows of rivets)
