Let me see if I got this straight...the 22' was too short so you lengthened it, and the 23' was too long so you shortened it. You really need to put a new battery in your calculator...  Mock up of rear bumper.  Front bumper is straight and 3-1/2" out from body.  Rear bumper is curved. I can get it 3-1/2" out from body too. It needs a bit of trimming.
