That is a big 10-4 on camping out in the weeds in Florida. I thought of a nice big gator biting my are as I went to pump a round into the shot gun. As far as slides I think its a nice idea but was to costly in repairs. I guess if you have money for a 250.00.00 motor home 2 grand will not hurt that much but I like camping in rustic cabins too.

The seals were two grand, however after the slide rooms were removed we found rotten floors, leaking hydraulic cylinders, worn parts on the front mechanism that were no longer available and had to be custom made by a local machine shop, etc. The repair bill on this Newell was $18k...BUT everything works now

I suggested to some of the Wanderlodge folks that they weld up their slide outs and put an end to thousands of dollars in unnecessary maintenance for the sake of 18" of extra hall space.
