Sometimes I think we're alone in the universe, and sometimes I think we're not.
In either case the idea is quite staggering.

This might be a bit early to bring up but since we will be in a "packing up and heading South for the winter" mode soon I need to plan early.
When do plans for potluck or "lucks" get made? I have managed to prepare ribs for 2 Barth gatherings and think thats likely the safest and smartest thing for us to contribute. Just wondering.....

Lee,
Will you be coordinating meals at the campground? I know that not everyone will be there at the same time, so this will be tricky. I believe Lee is setting up a common area at the campground for us to use.

With lots of off-site plans and folks comin-n-goin, I'd guess Saturday evening is best time for a really organized meal, maybe Friday, although Friday evenings downtown are enjoyable.....

I'll have propane grill(s) available, we will have a common area (not covered)to use as a gathering point. With the potential for 40+, is it easier to just plan BYO with a dish to pass?
Maybe start an online list of salad, side dish, dessert, etc. volunteers?

My first GTG - how have you veterans done it?

I think what we need to start with is a listing of when those who plan to attend are going to arrive and depart, along with how many will be traveling in their Barth. Please respond to this posting with your dates and number of adults, teenagers and kids 12 or under. We'll keep a tally of it. This will start us in the right direction for coordinating this event.

And I'm bringing Maggie and Casey (of course).
