We are the second owners. I
believe it has about 60,000 miles on it. Due to a long illness the coach
has not been driven since 2001. The last time we drove it we went to Ouray,
Colorado. It was fine when it was parked except for the little fan motor on
the front roof exhaust which has just been replaced. A friend of mine put a
new battery on it about 3 days ago and the motor turns over but gas was
coming out while cranking under the motor home so I am sure it needs new
gas lines or fuel pump. My husband replaced all of the lines but it has been several
years ago.

The motor home is in Dallas, Tx and my phone # is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Asking $10,000

Thanks a lot
Kay

Yes Daddo, I rescued a Barth from being donated to a Public Radio station and have been made fun of since then Big Grin but I am getting the last laugh as it has proved to be worth more than I paid for it and besides that fun is priceless Thumbs Up

The more I think about it, the AiResearch is most likely a supercharger, either turbo or engine-driven, on a carburetted engine.

Rusty, if you're right I'll bet there are a bunch of gasser owners wondering about such a system.

A quick google search for Air Research turns up mostly turbo related info. Maybe this Barth is turbocharged!

That would be interesting. Turbos don't usually deliver power where a gas RV needs it.

Hands off boys and girls, we are taking her home! We are ready to give her a new home with a shelter to rest, plenty of open roads to roam and a set of new shoes (pardon - tires) and batteries. We are looking forward to travel and meet Barth enthusiasts. And I guess our 1960 GM Busconversion is looking for a new home .....

Marvin & Doris, congratulations, I think that is a great RV to start out with. Would have been too much RV for us I think. Don't have anywhere to keep an RV that big. Please do take some pics of the engine so we can see what at this Air Research business is about.
