I have a 1977 Barth 34’ motor home with 32,855.
Motor home is on a GM chassis with a 454 eng,auto trans
and has a onan generator 6,500 watt with 743 hrs.
Motor home runs and drives good, most everything works as it should,
there is some water damage, roof was repaired
Recent new things are the refrigerator ,water heater,rear axle air bags
and the two 6 volt batteries.

My guess would be that this is a one-off custom built coach, built to the customers specs. If it's a redo of a commercial vehicle it's really well done, but I don't remember any coach builds with pop up roofline and a bustle butt. If it runs and looks as good as it does in the pix, it would be a sweet deal for someone.
