In case someone is interested, the Barth was listed again. It appears to be a right nice 77, there are some photos in the attachment.

I talked with the gentleman that owns this Barth and he is looking for $3k for this Barth. He has owned it since 1991, and had it back to the Barth factory to re-arrange the rear beds from duals to a single. He also mentioned that the coach originally had a tag axle with duals instead of singles. It now has a single wheel tag, which he believes is just as effective as the original duals.
The only reason he is selling is because he fell into a great deal on an 85 Newell, I had not heard of a Newell before, but I believe it is a considerably nice and well built coach.

Give him a call if interested, his number is posted above.

Barths have been occasionally tagged as "Baby Newells"; Newells are among the best-built coaches. New ones go for around 1.5 megabucks.

Keep posting stuff like this Doug. Most people who view our site aren't members, just lurkers who might become members because of these postings.

BTW: If anyone does contact this seller, try to get the data tag number for our project.

This gentleman had joined Barthmobile, but he advised me he was not quite computer literate to post the MH for sale.

I emailed him today to find out the status of his Barth. I will also ask if he can photo the tag.

BTW, I have been all over Mary's command center and I have yet to find a Data tag. I have been in touch with her as of late, I wish I had started a bit earlier on bringing up to "camping" standards, but I'll get her down the road in a couple weeks.
