I thought I had bought this trailer from Kevin, sent him the money as requested and now Kevin chooses not to talk to me on the phone. Since I can't get him to communicate with me I have no way of getting the paperwork needed to put this trailer in my name.

It would interesting to see what an insurance person would say about liability and change of title.

In a civil court, it's a little murkier, since he accepted payment. What documentation do you have of the payment and him accepting your offer? Just an oral contract, or e mail, or what?

Western union receipt in the amount that he had listed for sale also PM's telling where to send western union money and the amount
