We went to look at this earlier in the week. New tires, batteries, roof air cons changed for more efficient ones, Banks air intake and Gear Vendors added since 12/07. Paint looks good, owner says it is original Imron. All awnings look OK. Carpet original, worn but not bad. Owner says he bought it from a dealer in Texas in 1989, used it a lot for a few years, let it sit, and has put $25K into it since December. Rear twins. Owner thinks it's 12,000 GVW but book is there showing 18,000. John Deere chassis, Ford 460 carbureted engine, Onan gas genset. Owner "Milt" will be back next week, wants offers.

David, welcome to the forums.

One of our forum members recently sold his similar Regency 33' - which I know (having seen it) is in primo] condition - for less than $10K. Doubtful this one is worth more than his.
