I know it is a little overpriced for the year but it is in great condition. I saw one for the same year priced at $70,000 so I don't think it is unreasonable. I have tried attaching a picture, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

The Old Man and No Barth |
The tile floor looks much like a nice Regency I saw for sale on a dealer lot in Yuma a few years ago. Is it possibly the same one?
FWIW, for 1990, the NADA guide shows an average retail of $37,700 for a 34' Regency with a 250 hp Cat, and $39,920 with 300 hp. NADA is only a guide, however, & I have seen many RVs advertised at well above the NADA price. Fair market value is always established by agreement between a willing seller, & a willing buyer, & the best guide to an appropriate advertised price would be actual sales of similar units, information which, unfortunately, is not easily available, especially in a market as small as Barth motor homes. The best gauge of how realistic your price is, will be how much genuine interest your offering generates from this post, or other advertising media. Barthmobile is free, & concentrates on an interested segment of a specific market. Other media such as craigslist & RV Trader.com expose your offering to a wider general market. |
