I am thinking of selling my 28' Barth Breakaway. It is in great running order and overall condition. I haven't had time to get out in her lately. I had the 5.9 Cummins Dyno tuned and built a custom 4" stainless exhaust for it. I am now getting 12mpg and no overheating. I have gotten as high as 14mpg. Let me know if you are seriously interested.

The number is 618four4four9four1six

Here are the photos requested. I want $13,500 for the Barth.

It has 83,899 miles. It is located near St Louis, MO but on the east side of the river. You can send me a PM to get further details.

Happy Holidays!

Bernie, it is a 28', build date November 1990, so probably a '91. It's a diesel pusher, most likely with a Cummins 5.9L rated at 160 HP. It has a rear athwartships queen bed and a jackknife sofa. I think scargo used "feelers" to check interest in the coach.

No need to use all upper case (on the 'net, it's considered shouting).'

jimbob, here is the PM tutorial.

You can also click on scargo at the post header, then "View scargo's Public Profile" and find his email addy.

Hi Bernie,

All caps is a problem on most forums. Here, folks are politely told in the spirit of helpfulness. On most other forums, an all caps post is simply ignored, thinking (often in error) that the poster is shouting or inexperienced and not worth reading.

In my own case, all caps are harder for me to read. I cannot explain why. I seldom read all caps posts because all the words seem to run together, particularly if it is more than one or two sentences.

That said, many people use all caps quite effectively for a word or two, just to add emphasis.

Hope this helps.

Bernie,

They actually created a new word "Netiquette" for the rules of the internet and all CAPS is universally shunned on forums or emails.

Like Bill mentioned, I have trouble reading Caps, partly because I work in a military arena where Caps are always acronyms. the way my brain wants to read, I keep stopping to figure out the acronym instead of reading the words. I wonder if Bill may have the same issue with his background and just not realize it?

Anyway Bernie, it's nothing personal and we were simply trying to help you out. Communicating on the internet is like playing golf, there are a lot of little rules that you need to learn to be seen as a "player".

HAH!. That could be. Especially when that is added to dyslexia and general mental slowness.

There used to be a joke letter out about new company policies, with a liberal use of acronyms. It ended by using them all in a sentence describing the stages of how the employees would end up being processed. I think it might have been mildly obscene.

Acronyms can be fun.

If anyone is interested in this coach in Duncan, Oklahoma, I'd volunteer to go over and look it over and help out with it.

I'm a little over an hour away. Might be able to do it this weekend.
