What you put in the "Subject Field" is what will be displayed on the "portal page". 99 letters, digits and spaces is the limit to what is viewable.

You can expand the description and place more text in the "Message" area but that will not show up on the "portal page"

If an item expires, or is out of date, it will be removed from the Portal Page.

The only time anything will be deleted or moved is...
1) if it is in poor taste.
2) any advertisement or for sale listing.
3) is out of date and doesn't fall low enough first.

Remember, this is a Community News Barker area for our Portal Page and it needs to stay timely.
